If you find yourself less than completely satisfied with your subscription or the services offered within the Chtimbers application, you have the option to request a full refund within 4 days from the last day of your subscription plan billing.

Every refund request that is received by Verifone will be directed to Chtimbers for evaluation. Nevertheless, in rare instances where there is a potential for a customer's complaint to escalate online or involve certain third parties, Verifone retains the discretion to implement any required actions to de-escalate the situation and prevent any harm to the reputation of both chtimbers brand and Verifone's. These actions may encompass various measures, including but not limited to, the issuance of refunds for the affected orders or products.
