Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using CH Timbers, a timber measurements calculating app. These Terms outline the rules and guidelines for using our web application. By accessing or using CH Timbers, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our app.

1. Use of CH Timbers:

   CH Timbers is offer a wide range of services encompassing timber, wood, lumber, and planks, as well as services related to their utilization. Any misuse, illegal activity, or unauthorized use of the app is strictly prohibited.
   Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations while using CH Timbers.
   Users understand and acknowledge that the contents and functionality of the app are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

2. Subscription and Payment:

   CH Timbers requires a monthly subscription fee for access to its features and services.
   Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information and maintaining a valid subscription.
   Subscription cancellations qualify for refunds under certain conditions in refund policy. Once a subscription is canceled, access to CH Timbers and its features will be revoked.

3. Liability and Indemnification:

   CH Timbers is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied of the app.
   CH Timbers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the app.
   Users agree to indemnify and hold CH Timbers, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of their use of the app or violation of these Terms.

4. User Conduct:

   Users must not attempt to misuse or engage in any illegal activity with CH Timbers.
   Users shall not modify, reverse engineer, or tamper with the app's code or functionality.
   Users must not engage in any activity that could disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the app or its servers.

5. Copyright:

   All content and materials available on CH Timbers, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of CH Timbers or its content suppliers and protected by copyright laws.
   Users must not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, perform, or display any portion of the app's content without prior written consent from CH Timbers.

6. Termination:

   CH Timbers reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
   Upon termination, users shall cease all use of CH Timbers and its services.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
   Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of CH Timbers shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

8. Modifications:

   CH Timbers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website or within the app.
   Continued use of CH Timbers after any modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Entire Agreement:

   These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the users and CH Timbers, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
